A little about me
I did not start out life wanting to be an artist. I wanted to be I think, in order, a nun, a pilot, and a forensic doctor. In the end I studied at university chemistry and biology, then worked a couple years as a medical sales rep. I returned to university to do my MBA and then got work as a departmental manager with a distributor.
Through this all, I began to take solace in art. I bought some books, paint, brushes, canvases and joined an evening art group which met once a week.
In 2000 my life changed radically. I got married and moved to a country whose language I did not speak. Art went from being a hobby to a way of life. With the arrival of children came my Wacom tablet and the start of my journey into digital art and illustrating. Art like coffee became an integral part of my life.
